All services are carried out by qualified and experienced professionals. We reserve the right to decline work that we consider unsafe, unlawful or outside our area of expertise.
Quotes provided through our website or following a site visit are based on the information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if site conditions differ materially from what was described.
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these Terms of Service.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm the date and time of service in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. For one-off jobs, payment is typically due on completion. For recurring maintenance contracts, invoicing may be weekly or monthly.
We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of services.
ARO Gardening holds appropriate public liability insurance for the work we carry out. However, we are not liable for damage caused by factors outside our reasonable control, pre-existing conditions, or failure by the client to provide accurate information.
Clients must ensure safe access to the property and inform us of any hazards, underground services or protected structures before work begins.
